Jeff Moulton

Hey! My names Jeff Moulton! I founded MMB Performance Coaching because I believe fitness is more than just physical—it’s a mental journey as well. My own transformation, from a professional natural bodybuilder to a competitive endurance athlete, taught me that real growth happens when you push beyond your comfort zone.

After earning my pro card in bodybuilding, I shifted my focus to obstacle course racing (OCR) and endurance events like Spartan Ultras and the World's Toughest Mudder. Competing in these events tested not only my physical limits but my mental resilience. These experiences fueled my passion for helping others develop the same mental toughness, alongside building sustainable fitness habits, so they can conquer their own challenges.

I created MMB Performance Coaching to guide men and women through their fitness journeys, whether they’re focused on losing fat, building muscle, or training for endurance events. Through personalized coaching and an emphasis on mindset, I help my clients chase discomfort, break through barriers, and achieve results that last.

• I have been skydiving twice! Once in Hawaii, where I got married.
• I have done demolition derbies every summer since I was 16 years old.
• I’m the oldest of 4
• I have a beautiful wife named Bri and 2 amazing goldens named Mo and Maple
• I am obsessed with finding out what we are mentally and physically cable off.

My Accomplishments🏆

• I have a Masters in Sports & Exercise Psychology and a Bachelors in Exercise Science.
• I have been a Personal Trainer for 12 years.
• I have my Pro Card as WNBF Bodybuilder in 2016.
• I have done 3 half marathons and a marathon.
• I have done 3 Spartan Ultras! Ahroo!
• I completed Worlds Toughest Mudder “24-hour race.” 60 miles

Future Goals📅

• Complete World’s Toughest Mudder, 80 miles.
• Help as many people as I can with nutrition, training, and their mindset.
• Build up my MMB Performance Coaching clients
• Spend more time with my wife and pups!
• Find more balance in my work/personal life!
• Continue to chase discomfort and find out what I am mentally and physically capable of.
